How can this be done just using our first and last names? Surely you need a birth date, photograph or other more personal data so that Mark's Heaven team knows who we are?

Mark's Heaven team inherently knows who you are. They don't need traditional data points to identify you. They don't need to know where you were born, your birthday or your favorite color. Through the principle of Oneness, Mark and his Heaven team are able to know that you are seeking divine guidance and why.    

Do you have any social media accounts?

At this stage we do not have a social media presence. Over time we may look at how we can continue to support your Spiritual Journey using social media. 

What is your refund policy?

After much testing we have received an overwhelmingly positive response to the Soul2Soul service, even from people who were not given the kind of results from Spirit that they thought they would receive.

It is our heartfelt desire that everybody be 100% satisfied with the service we provide. If we don't fully deliver the services you have requested, we will refund any fees that you have paid.

That said, Soul2Soul is not a typical "product", one that is the right size and looks good on you... or not! The guidance that you will receive through Soul2Soul is personal to you and your chosen partner, and is not relatable to anybody else. With this in mind, we hope that you will understand why it's not possible to process a refund if you don't like or agree with the guidance you receive.
